2020—2022年盐城市阜宁县水痘流行特征分析

[摘要]目的分析2020—2022年盐城市阜宁县水痘流行特征，为疫情监测与管理提供依据。方法于中国疾

控信息系统中收集盐城市阜宁县2020—2022年上报的水痘病例信息，通过描述性研究对水痘的三年分布特

征展开分析。结果2020—2022年盐城市阜宁县共报告水痘病例2012例，年报告发病率依次为113.21/10

万、63.82/10万与76.67/10万。水痘发病率具有季节性特点，高发季节集中在秋冬季。从地区分布来看，该地

区水痘病例主要集中在阜城街道。男性发病率高于女性，5~14岁人群水痘发病率高于其他年龄段。结论盐

城市阜宁县水痘病例总体呈先降后升趋势，高发季节为秋冬季；发病区域集中在阜城街道，男性发病率高于

女性，且5~14岁儿童发病率较高。
