以下是从现有LPG火焰转换为NG的程序；

燃烧器

首先确保

1.设备已关闭并断开燃气供应。2.拆下底座后盖板。3.断开主喷嘴供气管与主喷

嘴的连接，并拆下现有的单孔主喷嘴，直径为1.4毫米，将被替换（但尚未替换）为新的七

孔主喷嘴，直径为0.90毫米。4.根据用户手册拆除玻璃固定器和日志，以露出引燃器和燃

烧器组件。5.拆除燃烧器前后部的计量板和挡风板。6.松开燃烧器两端的两个紧固件，拆

除燃烧器组件，这将使燃烧器倾斜，以便接触到引燃器组件，通过松开两个M4固定螺母可

以将引燃器组件从燃烧器组件上断开。7.需要更换随套件的引燃器组件。要拆除引燃

器组件，请先在引燃器端松开引燃器供气管。接下来，在控制阀端松开热电偶螺母。

ThefollowingistheproceduretoconvertanexistingLPGfiretoNG;

Burner

1.Firstensuretheunitisturnedoffanddisconnectgassupply.

2.Removethepedestalrearpanel.

3.Disconnectthemaininjectorfeedpipefromthemaininjectorandremovetheexisting

maininjectorwhichwillbeasingleholeinjector,diameter1.4mmanditwillbe

reced(butnotyet)withthenewmaininjectordwhichisa7holeinjector,

diameter0.90mm.

4.Removetheglassretainerandlogsaspertheownersmanualtorevealthepilotand

burnerassembly.

5.Removethemeteringtesanddraughttefromthefrontandrearoftheburner.

6.Removetheburnerassemblybyundoingthe2fastenersateachendoftheburner,

thiswillallowtheburnertobetilteduptogainaccesstothepilotassemblyandthe

pilotassemblycanbedisconnectedfromtheburnerassemblybyundoingthetwoM4

retainingnuts.

7.Thepilotassemblywillneedrecingwiththeonedinthekit.Toremovethe

pilotassemblyundothepilotfeedpipeatthepilotend.Nextundothethermocouple

nutatthecontrolvalveend.

8.现在可以拆除并更换引燃器组件。注意在更换引燃器组件时，重新安装燃烧器和引燃器

之间的垫片。9.需要丢弃旧的燃烧器，并用包装中的新燃烧器进行更换，组装步骤与

上述相反。10.在更换日志之前，记得加回计量板和挡风板。11.根据用户手册重新安装日

志和玻璃固定器。
