BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性DAF-FMDA(Diaminofluorescein-FMdiacetate)(solution)是⼀种⽤于⼀氧化氮(NO)检测和⽣物成像的荧光

探针。DAF-FMDA⾃发穿过质膜，随后被酯酶裂解，⽣成细胞内DAF-FM(Ex/Em=495/515nm)[1]。
