2008—2023年开阳县艾滋病流行特征分析

摘要目的：分析2008—2023年开阳县艾滋病(AIDS)流行特征，为防治AIDS提供参考。方法：对2008—2023年开

阳县报告的AISD患者进行流行特征描述性分析，包括发病情况、死亡情况、性别、年龄、地区、职业分布。结果：

2008—2023年开阳县累计报告人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/AIDS病例580例，男407例，女173例，男女性别比为2.35：1；发

病年龄1～84岁，病例主要集中在15～60岁年龄段，占总数的84.00%(488/580)。死亡130例，年均报告发病率9.68/10万，

死亡率2.17/10万。全县16个乡镇均有病例报告，报告病例数最多的是城关镇146例，占总数的25.17%。病例职业

以农民为主，占54.83%。结论：2008—2023年开阳县AIDS的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，防控形势严峻，应加强防

控管理。

referenceforAIDSpreventionandtreatment.Methods:TheepidemiologicalcharacteristicsofAISDpatientsreportedinKaiyang

Countyfrom2008to2023wereanalyzed,includingincidence,death,sex,age,regionandoccupationdistribution.Results:From

2008to2023,580casesofhumanimmunodeficiencyvirus(HIV)/AIDSwerereportedinKaiyangCounty,407malesand173

females,withasexratioof2.35:1;theageofonsetrangedfrom1to84yearsold,andthecasesweremainlyconcentratedinthe

agegroupof15to60yearsold,accountingfor84.00%(488/580)ofthetotalnumber;therewere130deaths,withanannual

reportedincidenceof9.68/100,000andamortalityof2.17/100,000;therewerecasesreportedin16townshipsinthecounty,and

146caseswerereportedinChengguanTown,accountingfor25.17%ofthetotal;thecasesweremainlyfarmers,accountingfor

54.83%.Conclusion:From2008to2023,theincidenceofAIDSinKaiyangCountyshowedanincreasingtrendyearbyyear,and

thepreventionandcontrolsituationwassevere.
