摘要：高炉开铁口机液压系统内部存在严重内泄，使液压泵不断地加大功率来弥补内泄

造成的压力损失，导致油温升高介质黏度下降，使元件出现过早磨损，进一步加剧泄漏，形成

恶性循环，最终造成执行机构供油量不足，作业可靠性下降。为解决这一难题，采用听音、触

摸和分段隔离测试等方法，最终断定电液换向阀内泄，通过改变该阀控制油的进油和排油方式，

并且与液压原理相匹配，解决高炉开铁口机液压系统内泄问题，保证高炉正常生产。

Abstract:Duetosevereinternalleakagewithinthehydraulicsystemoftheblastfurnacetap-hole

machine,thehydraulicpumpiscontinuouslyforcedtoincreaseitspoweroutputtocompensatefor

pressurelosscausedbytheleakage.Thisresultsinelevatedoiltemperatureandreducedmedium

viscosity,whichleadstoprematurewearofcomponentsandfurtheraggravatestheleakage,forming

aviciouscycle.Ultimately,insufficientoilsupplytotheactuatorsoccurs,andoperationalreliability
