摘要：目的：探讨无创呼吸机配合标准化护理对ICU慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者的效果。方法：选取2020年5月至

2023年礼县第一人民医院ICU收治的76例急性发作期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，各38

例。对照组采用无创呼吸机治疗并配合常规护理，实验组采用无创呼吸机治疗并配合标准化护理。对比两组患者的心理情绪

P＜0.05。实验组患者对于护理服务的

状况以及护理服务满意度。结果：实验组患者的心理情绪评分结果明显优于对照组，

P0.05。结论：无创呼吸机结合标准化护理能够有效调节ICU慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患
