选煤厂TBS分选机故障分析与解决

摘要：TBS分选机是分选粗煤泥的有效设备，整个分选过程自动控制且无消耗重介质，行业内TBS分选机制造厂家众

多，具体结构不尽相同，驱动阀门控制杆有电液动执行器、电动执行器、气动执行器3种类型，不同种类的执行器推力、

行程不尽相同。选煤厂生产时对TBS分选机操作不当会导致设备结构损坏，入料粒度超出TBS分选机的允许入料粒度范

围，引发TBS分选机出现床层密度不稳定、底流灰分偏低、底流排料口堵塞、密度探测器杆弯曲、阀门控制杆弯曲等故

障。对选煤厂TBS分选机故障进行了分析，找出故障产生的原因并逐一解决，促使TBS分选机恢复正常的分选状态。

Abstract:TheTBSseparatorisanefficientdeviceforcoarseslimeseparation,featuringfullyautomatedcontrolwithouttheneed

forheavymedia.VariousmanufacturersproduceTBSseparatorswithdifferingstructures,andtheirdrivevalvecontrolrodsemploy

threetypesofactuators:electro-hydraulic,electric,andpneumatic,eachwithvaryingthrustandstrokecapacities.Improper

operationoftheTBSseparatorincoalpreparationplantscanleadtostructuraldamage,especiallywhenfeedparticlesizeexceeds

thepermissiblerange.Thisresultsinissuessuchasunstablebeddensity,lowunderflowashcontent,underflowdischargeport

clogging,bentdensityproberods,andbentvalvecontrolrods.Thisstudyanalyzesthesefaults,identifiestheirrootcauses,and

providestargetedsolutionstorestoretheTBSseparatortooptimalworkingcondition.
