摘要：作为蓄热器的一部分，球罐被越来越多地用于工业锅炉供汽系统中#球形蒸汽蓄热器需

要对变化的蒸汽负荷进行调节，且内部含有热水及各种装置，压力和温度也在不断波动，因此其

Abstract:Asapartoftheheataccumulator,thesphericalstoragetankisincreasinglyusedinthesteamsupply

systemofindustrialboilers.Thesphericalsteamaccumulatorneedstobeadjustedaccordingtothechanging

steamload,anditcontainshotwaterandvariousdevicesinside,andthepressureandtemperatureare

constantlyfluctuating,basedontheseconditionsitsdesignisverydifferentfromthedesignofordinary

sphericaltanks.Takingthedesignofa650mJsphericalsteamaccumulatorshellasanexample,theoverall

structureoftheaccumulatorwasintroducedandtheoperatingprocessoftheaccumulatorwasanalyzed.The

maindesignpointsofthesphericalsteamaccumulatorshellweredescribedindetailfromtheaspectsofnozzles

arrangement,finiteelementstressanalysis,andmaintechnicalrequirements,whichhavecertainguiding

significanceforthedesignofsphericalsteamaccumulator.
