摘要：润滑油系统是调相机的关键组成部分，其故障可能导致调相机转子损坏。以某换流站运行过程

中因故障切泵时间过长、油压建立不及时引发跳机的事件为背景，系统梳理并分析了跳机原因及润滑

油系统的设计缺陷，提出改进方案，并开展试验验证，有效解决了润滑油系统的隐患缺陷。

关键词：调相机；润滑油系统；蓄能器

Abstract:Thelubricatingoilsystemisacriticalcomponentofthesynchronouscondenser,andits

malfunctionmayleadtodamagetothecondensersrotor.Againstthebackgroundofaunittripincidentina

converterstationcausedbyexcessivelylongpumpswitchingtimeduetofaultsanddelayedoilpressure

buildupduringoperation,thispapersystematicallysortsoutandanalyzesthecausesoftheunittripandthe

designflawsofthelubricatingoilsystem.Itproposesimprovementschemes,conductsexperimental

verification,andeffectivelyaddressesthehiddendefectsinthelubricatingoilsystem
