摘要

当前，我国快递企业正处于快速发展的阶段，其所处的发展不仅是一个机遇，更是一个重大的挑战。而对于很多快递企业来说，资金问题已经成为了一个很大的难题。目前，我国的快递物流企业存在着很多的问题，本文以申通快递为案例，基于申通快递的年报，通过收集、整理大量的文献与数据，对申通快递融资现状进行分析。研究结果表明，申通快递面临着不断上升的运营风险和内部资金短缺等问题，债券的发行期限结构不合理，筹资费用偏高，缺乏对风险的认识和错误的筹资战略。在没有充分利用好政策和缺少竞争对手的情况下，有针对性地采取了相应的对策。比如：提高企业的整体实力，加大内部资金的投入。把握好筹资方式，实现筹资结构的优化。加强对企业的风险预防，健全企业的风险管理体系。主动发挥政策作用，强化制度协作。

ABSTRACT

Atpresent,Chinasexpressdeliveryenterprisesareinthestageofrapiddevelopment,andtheirdevelopmentisnotonlyanopportunity,butalsoamajorchallenge.Formanyexpressdeliveryenterprises,thecapitalproblemhasbecomeabigproblem.currently,TherearemanyproblemsinChinasexpressdeliverylogisticsenterprises,ThisstudytakesSTOExpressasacasestudy,BasedontheannualreportofSTOExpress,Bycollectingandcollatingalargeamountofliteratureanddata,AnalyzethefinancingstatusofSTOExpress,FoundthatShentongExpresshasincreasedoperatingrisks,Insufficientendogenousfinancing.Thetermstructureisunreasonable,Highfinancingcosts.Lackofriskawareness,Improperfinancingstrategy.Policyadvantageunderinsufficient,Theproblemofalackofcompetitivenessincredit,Andaccordingtothecauseoftheproblemputforwardthepreventivemeasures,Forexample:toimprovethecomprehensiveabilityofenterprises,Increaseinendogenousfinancing.Reasonablecontrolofthefinancingmode,Optimizethefinancingstructure.Raisetheriskpreventionawareness,Improvetheriskcontrolsystem.Activeuseofthepolicyadvantages,Strengtheninstitutionalcooperation.
