摘要

存货是企业最主要的一项特殊的资源，对其进行有效的管理对于保证企业的生产和运营具有十分重要的作用。存货是一种具有较低的流动性的一种资产，它的运用和经营不仅会对公司的资本利用状况、企业的资产运营效率、以及公司是否能够达到长久、平稳的经营，也是公司的一个重要组成部分。存货的控制水平愈高，则愈能保证各项营运的正常进行。因此，存货管理的好坏，将会影响到整个收益、风险和流动性状况。如果该指数过高，必然会导致存货流动的有效性下降，从而影响企业的资金进出；若是该指数过低，这样就会导致供给不足，无法完成销售计划，对存货的需求增加，从而影响运输的效率。所以，对存货的科学评估可以很好地反应整个供应链的运行状况。通过对存货的调节，提高了企业的运作和管理水平，可以降低存货，保证运输的时间和弹性，从而降低了企业投资的资本。本文根据现代存货管理的最新研究成果，采用了理论与实践相结合的研究思路，着重从供应链角度出发，选取了安踏公司作为研究对象，对存货管理方面的一些重要问题进行分析研究。通过对安踏公司现状的研究，发现其主要问题在于：上游供应商原材料供给效率低、存货积压、生产环节缺少柔性、下游销售环节信息交流失真等。对于上述情况指出针对性策略与意见，主要包含与上游供应商建立合作战略关系、建立联合存货管理机制、建立上中下游综合性信息化智能管理系统、加强信息共享等意见，希望这些对策对安踏公司有一定的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT

Inventoryisoneofthemostimportantspecialresourcesofanenterprise,anditseffectivemanagementplaysaveryimportantroleinensuringtheproductionandoperationofanenterprise.Inventoryisakindofassetwithlowliquidity,anditsuseandoperationwillnotonlyaffectthecapitalutilizationstatusofthecompany,theassetoperationefficiencyoftheenterprise,andwhetherthecompanycanachievelong-termandstableoperation,butalsoanimportantpartofthecompany.Thehigherthelevelofinventorycontrol,themoreitcanensurethenormaloperation.Therefore,thequalityofinventorymanagementwillaffecttheentirereturn,riskandliquiditysituation.Iftheindexistoohigh,itwillinevitablyleadtoadeclineintheeffectivenessofinventoryflow,whichwillaffectthecapitalflowofenterprises.Iftheindexistoolow,itwillleadtoinsufficientsupply,unabletocompletethesalesplan,andincreasethedemandforinventory,whichwillaffecttheefficiencyoftransportation.Therefore,thescientificevaluationofinventorycanwellreflecttheoperationstatusoftheentiresupplychain.Throughtheadjustmentoftheinventory,theoperationandmanagementleveloftheenterprisecanbeimproved,theinventorycanbereduced,thetimeandflexibilityoftransportationcanbeensured,a
