摘要

随着我国市场经济不断发展，经济体制不断完善，企业的数量大幅度增多以及质量也在逐渐的提升，企业面临竞争压力也会随之增大。就要求企业的管理者对企业的财务状况有一个明确的认知，从而采取有效的措施，提升企业的核心竞争力。因而，本文选择杜邦分析法对广农糖业的财务状况进行分析，使公司的管理者和财务数据的运用者对广农糖业的财务情况有一个详细的了解。

杜邦分析法可以详细的对企业的财务状况进行分析并加以评价，但对于广农糖业这样业务多元化、注重企业可持续发展的企业，显然传统的杜邦分析法已经不能满足广农糖业的需求。因此，本文通过传统杜邦分析法对广农糖业财务现状进行分析，立足于广农糖业长远发展，结合广农糖业特点，从企业现金流量表、发展能力等多方面考量，构建适合于广农糖业的改进杜邦分析体系。对比改进前后杜邦分析法对广农糖业的相关财务指标的分析后，发现改进杜邦分析法能够更加全面、综合的衡量企业的财务状况，对企业的财务信息的掌握也更加全面、准确。同时，发现广农糖业可持续发展能力较差，主营业务盈利水平较差。因此，广农糖业应加强企业的可持续发展水平，从而改善广农糖业的经营情况，实现健康可持续发展。

ABSTRACT

WiththeconstantdevelopmentofChinasemergingmarketeconomy,theimprovementoftheeconomicsystem,thenumberofenterprisesisgreatlyincreasedandthequalityisgraduallyimproved,andthecompetitivepressurefacedbyenterpriseswillalsoincrease.Itrequiresthemanagersofenterprisestohaveaclearunderstandingofthefinancialsituationofenterprises,soastotakeeffectivemeasurestoenhancethecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.Therefore,thisessayhaschosentheDuPontanalysistoanalysedthestatusofGuangnongSugarsfinancialposition,sothatmanagersofthecompanyandusersoffinancialinformationcanhaveasystematicunderstandingofthecompanysfinancialsituationofGuangnongSugar.
