本文首先简单介绍了营运资金管理的研究背景和意义，探讨了其在全球与国内的学术进展脉络，通过详尽的文献回顾展开了全面的审视。接着，本章聚焦于北京威卡威汽车零部件股份有限公司的实际运营资金运用情况，进行了深度剖析。我们特别关注并揭示了公司在资金流动管理中所遇到的瓶颈与挑战。最后，针对发现的问题，我们将提出创新且针对性的改进策略和建议，希望能对北京威卡威汽车零部件股份有限公司在改良本公司营运资金管理中产生一定的参考作用。

ABSTRACT

Workingcapitalisthecapitalwiththestrongestliquidityandturnoverabilityinanenterprise,anditisalsotheguaranteeforthelong-termoperationoftheenterprise.Workingcapitalmanagementisthefoundationforstableandsustainableoperationofenterprises,anditalsohasasignificantimpactontheshapingandintensityofcorecompetitivenessofenterprises.Inthefiercecompetitionofthecurrentmarketenvironment,thereisahigherdemandfortheaccuracyandefficiencyofworkingcapitalmanagement.Strengtheningthecontrolofworkingcapitaliscrucialforthesurvivalandprogressofenterprises.
