基于BIM5D技术的智慧工地系统应用研究

摘要：随着人工智能相关技术的快速发展，智慧工地系统迈入了新的发展阶段。文章介绍了

BIM5D+智慧工地系统的业务逻辑和框架，探讨其在项目建设中的应用特点，并选取具体项目进行案

例分析。结果表明，BIM5D+智慧工地系统在“人”“机”“料”“法”“环”等生产要素的管理中实现

了精细化管控，显著增强了项目各方的协同交流，在项目“提质、降本、增效”方面发挥了重要作用，

推动了项目施工现场向可视化、数字化、智能化方向发展，为智能建造项目实践提供参考。

Abstract：WiththerapiddevelopmentofAItechnology,thesmartconstructionsitesystemhasenteredanew

stageofdevelopment.ThepaperintroducesthebusinesslogicandframeworkoftheBIM5D+smart

constructionsitesystem,exploresitsapplicationcharacteristicsinconstructionprojects,andselectsspecific

projectsforcaseanalysis.TheresultsshowthattheBIM5D+smartconstructionsitesystemhadachieved

refinedmanagementinthemanagementofvariousproductionfactorssuchaspeople,machinery,materials,

methods,andenvironment.Ithadsignificantlyenhancedthecollaborativecommunicationamongallparties

involvedintheprojectandplayedanimportantroleinimprovingquality,reducingcosts,andincreasing

efficiencyoftheproject.Ithadalsopromotedthedevelopmentoftheconstructionsitetowardsvisualization,

digitalization,andintelligence,providingreferencesforthepracticeofintelligentconstructionprojects.
