摘要

近几年来，随着经济一体化和政治、社会与科技的发展，建筑行业面临的竞争压力不断增加。由于建设

工程项目建设周期长、参与单位众多、技术工艺复杂以及地理分布广，在建设过程中普遍存在着很多风

险因素，如火灾、坍塌和高空掉落等事故发生，工程安全和管理问题也备受质疑和关注。为了预防安全

事故的发生本文以建设工程风险为基础，探讨建设工程风险的来源，提高建设工程风险管理及风险的防

范措施。

Abstract

Inrecentyears,witheconomicintegrationandthedevelopmentofpolitics,societyandtechnology,

theconstructionindustryhasfacedincreasingcompetitivepressure.Duetothelongconstruction

period,manyparticipatingunits,complextechnicalprocessesandwidegeographicaldistribution,

therearemanyriskfactorsintheconstructionprocess,suchasfires,collapsesandfallsfromhigh

altitudes,andengineeringsafetyandmanagementissueshavealsobeenquestionedandconcerned.

Inordertopreventtheoccurrenceofsafetyaccidents,thispaperdiscussesthesourcesofconstruction
