BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性CAY10449是⼀种I型前列腺素受体(Iprostanoidreceptor)拮抗剂。CAY10449可以逆转伊洛前列素引起的跨

上⽪电阻(TEER)降低。CAY10449还可以逆转ONO-1301在⼩⿏模型中的作⽤。CAY10449可⽤于哮喘和过敏
