4、项目整合管理

项目整合管理包括识别、定义、结合、统一和协调项目管理过程组中各种过程和项目管理

活动的过程和活动。在项目管理的背景下，整合包括统一、整合、沟通和相互关系的特点。

4.1制定项目章程

制定项目章程是开发一份正式项目存在的文件，并赋予项目经理使用组织资源进行项
