1、背景资料

小洲村位于广州市海珠区，是广州城区内最具岭南水乡特色的古村寨，是广州市首批

16个文化保护区之一。具有浓厚的与地方特色。小洲村村民世代以种果为生，果

树成片，瀛洲生态公园与附近的果林共约2万亩，资源丰富。但近年来似乎出现了不少问

题。

2、任务内容

通过网络、报刊或实地考察，小洲村当地TA（受众，不限于人，也可以是环境等）

的情况，发现小洲村至少4个问题（不限于自然环境，文化教育，生活状况，资源利用等

方面），选择其中一个问题进行深入的调研和分析，发掘他们的需求，并结合相关的经济、

社会以及环境因素思考。应用商业和经济的理念，以企业家的方式，开发出一个符合enactus

理念的项目。

3、任务要求

✓实地调研：包括村民，住户，环境等方面，注意实地调研前要先，明确调研目的

✓需要提交策划书与PPT，内含项目模式图，应具备完整的商业模式

✓调研中的数据，包括人群大小，土地面积等需要量化分析，以具体调研为准

✓需要进行项目的可行性分析

✓项目应符合创行的理念

4、考核形式

4月9号晚12点前，小组提交word策划书和PPT，调研报告数量不限

4月10号Presentation（15分钟PPT展示+15分钟QA）

最终考核依据以下几部分：个人表现+小组策划书+小组Presentation

Village(notlimitedtonaturalenvironment,culturaleducation,livingconditions,

resourceutilization,etc.),chooseoneoftheseissuesforin-depthresearchand

analysis,uncovertheirneeds,andconsiderrelevanteconomic,social,and

environmentalfactors.Applybusinessandeconomicprincip,andwithan

entrepreneurialapproach,developaprojectthatalignswiththeEnactus

philosophy.

Requirements

✓FieldResearch:Includesvillagers,resid
