文章对“互联网+医疗”模式下的网上诊疗功能、网上预约挂号功能、网上医患服务功能、检测结果的网络传输功

摘要：

能、电子病历功能进行了详细的分析，这些功能是“互联网+医疗”模式下医院信息化建设的重要目标。此外，文章对“互联网

+医疗”模式下，医院信息化建设中智能化技术和物联网技术的应用策略、医院信息系统框架的构建方法以及智慧医疗体系

和医院信息化平台的建设措施进行了研究，以期解决医院信息化建设中服务质量较差、医患缺乏有效的沟通途径、患者的

权益和医院的利益存在矛盾等问题。
