[摘要]总结3例人类免疫缺陷病毒（humanimmunodeficiencyvirus,HIV）暴露者进行暴露后预防的阻断用药特点，

对暴露后预防的求询者进行暴露后预防评估，分析暴露后时间、暴露者行为风险、暴露源感染状况、暴露后阻断药物的

选择与阻断的效果，并复习相关文献，为临床HIV暴露后预防提供借鉴。
