BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Setoperone是⼀种⼝服有效的、强效的5-HT₂受体(5-HT₂receptor)拮抗剂和中度的多巴胺D₂受体(D₂

receptor)阻断剂。Setoperone从受体解离的速度较快，但其在体内容易被⾎清素受体“捕获”，导致洗脱后

仍存在持续性受体抑制。Setoperone可⽤于研究II型精神分裂症的阴性症状及伴发情绪障碍。
