基于有限元分析的风水机组减振垫选型计算

摘要：

风冷冷水中央空调机组在运行时会产生结构振动，在设计时需要考虑配置一定数量的减振垫。减振垫的配置包括

减振垫的选型及在机组底梁上的布置。减振垫型号选取不合适或者位置分布不合理会造成各个减振垫的压缩变形量不一

致，从而导致机组底盘的水平度变差，进而影响机组正常运行。文中结合客户现场反馈的风冷冷水机组水平度问题，通过有

限元仿真计算讨论了引起该问题的原因及解决方法，为以后的产品设计提供了经验积累。

Abstract:Theair-cooledchierunitwiproducestructuravibrationwhenrunningandaddingacertainnumberof

isolatorsunderneaththeunitshouldbeconsideredinthedesign.Theconfigurationoftheisolatorsincludesthetype

selectionandthelayoutonthebaseframeofunit.Impropertypeselectionorunreasonablelocationlayoutwiresultin

inconsistentcompressiondeformationofeachisolatorasweasthepoorlevelnessoftheunitbaseframe,thusaffecting

thenormaunitoperation.Basedonthefeedbackonthelevelnessissueofair-cooledchierfromcustomers,thispaper

discussesthecausesandimprovementsolutionsintermsofthebadunitlevelnessthroughthefiniteelementanalysi
