毕业设计说明书

摘要

滚筒式清洗机是借圆形滚筒的转动，使原料在其中不断地翻转，同时用水管

喷射高压水来冲洗翻动的原料，以达到清洗目的。污水和泥沙由滚筒的网孔经底

部集水斗排出。该机适合清洗柑橘，橙，马铃薯等质地较硬的物料。本滚筒式清

洗机，是一种比较实用的食品初加工机械，它是由机架、电机、皮带传动系统、

减速器、联轴器、链轮传动系统、轴承、螺旋式滚筒、冲洗水管、挡料板、出料

机构组成。电机、减速器固定在机架上，电机通过皮带传动系统与减速机相连，

减速机通过联轴器与小链轮相连，大链轮带动滚筒上的摩擦轮而使得滚筒转动，

滚筒内部有螺旋导板，在旋转的同时，带动食品排出，本新型滚筒式清洗机具有

结构简单、能耗低、工作可靠、制造成本低和节约用水的优点。
