［摘要］耐高温α-淀粉酶是由地衣芽孢杆菌等菌种经液体深层发酵提取得到的

一种淀粉内切酶，其广泛用于食品发酵工业和纺织业，是我国三大酶制剂产品之。本

设计以地衣芽孢杆菌诱变株为生产菌，以玉米淀粉、豆粕和玉米浆为主要原料，采用

机械搅拌通风罐进行间歇液体发酵生产.设计进行了生产方法的选择，确定了合理的

工艺流程。在此基础上进行了详细的工艺衡算和设备设计计算与选型.最后进行发酵

车间的布置，绘出工艺流程图和车间布置图。
