胸科专科医院抗菌药物精细化管理实践与成效分析

［摘要］目的探讨抗菌药物精细化管理在某胸科专科医院的应用效果。方法通过完善管理制度与流程、开

展知识培训、实现多维度专项处方点评、优化信息系统、临床药师网格化管理等多项举措，构建胸科专科医院抗菌

药物精细化管理模式。分析2023年（管理前）和2024年（管理后）全院和各临床专科的抗菌药物管理指标。结果

量数（DDDs)/（100人·d)降至39.73DDDs/（100人·d

人均抗菌药物使用费用由1344.18元降至975.52元，I类切口手术预防性抗菌药物使用率由84.48%增加至

89.52%

化管理措施，构建了符合该院实际情况的抗菌药物管理模式，成效明显，抗菌药物临床应用更加规范、合理。

[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationefficacyofrefinedmanagementonantimicrobialagentsinachest

specialtyhospital.MethodsMultiplemeasureswereimplementedthroughperfectingmanagementsystemsand

processes,aswellasconductingknowledgetraining,suchasmulti-dimensionalspecializedprescriptionreviewing,

optimizinginformationsystems,andimplementinggrid-basedmanagementofclinicalpharmacist.Arefinedmanage-

mentmodeforantimicrobialagentsinachestspecialtyhospitalhasbeenestablished.Antimicrobialmanagementin-

dicatorsforthewholehospitalandeachclinicalspecialtyin2023(beforemanagement)and2024(aftermanage-

ment)wereanalyzed.ResultsComparedwith2023,antimicrobialuserateamonghospitalizedpatientsin2024de-
