68kg级冠军拉希托夫（RASHITOVUlugbek)技术运用特征与得分策略。结果显示：（1)拉希托夫在比赛中

展现出绝对优势，通过高效的得分策略成功卫冕。（2)拉希托夫的拳法使用频率较低，但成功率较高；腿法

运用多样化，其中推踢为主要得分手段，前腿横踢虽使用频率最高但得分效率较低，后踢虽使用较少但成

规则下，拉希托夫的得分模式以腿法为主，拳法和判罚为辅，充分体现了其比赛应变能力和技战术运用水

平。建议：加强多种腿法的训练，提升推踢和前腿横踢的熟练度，针对后踢、后旋等高分值腿法进行专项训

术的实战应用；深入研究规则，通过模拟比赛场景，合理利用规则让对手犯规得分，同时避免自身失误；优

化训练策略，结合对手特点设计个性化战术方案，提高高强度比赛中的应变能力。

Abstract:Weusedliteratureresearchmethod,videoobservation,andmathematicalstatisticstoanalyzethe

technicalapplicationcharacteristicsandscoringstrategiesofUlugbekRashitov,thechampionofthemens68kg

taekwondoeventatthe2024ParisOlympics.Theresultsindicatethat:(i)Rashitovdisplayedanabsolute

superiorityinthecompetitionandsuccessfullydefendedhistitlethroughanefficientscoringstrategy.(ii)

Rashitovutilizedpuncheswitharelativelylowfrequencybutahighsuccessrate;hislegtechniqueswerediverse,

amongwhichpushkickswerethemainscoringtechnique.Althoughfrontlegroundhousekickswereemployedmost

frequently,theirscoringefficiencywasrelativelylow,whilebackkicks,althoughusedlessfrequently,hadahigher

successrate.(ii)Rashitovsscoringmainlyreliedon2-pointtechniques,supplementedby3-pointtechniques

andpenaltypoints,withoutscoringhigh-difficulty4points.(iv)Underthenewrules,Rashitovsscoringpattern
