标准化疝修补术后疼痛管理方案的效果分析

摘要：目的：评估标准化疝修补术后疼痛管理方案的有效性，并探讨其对患者术后恢复的影响。方法：选取兰州大学第

一医院普外科2019年1月至2019年12月期间接受疝修补术治疗的150例患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，各75例。实验组接

受标准化疼痛管理方案，对照组遵循传统的术后疼痛管理方式。两组患者的手术类型、麻醉方式等条件均保持一致。采用

视觉模拟评分法（VAS）在术后即刻、6小时、24小时、48小时以及出院前进行疼痛评估。结果：实验组患者的VAS评分显著

低于对照组（P0.05）。此外，实验组报告的副作用发生率也明显较低（P0.05）。结论：标准化疝修补术后疼痛管理方案能

够有效减轻患者的术后疼痛，提高患者舒适度，并减少副作用的发生。
