左归丸治疗肝肾阴虚型原发性骨质疏松患者疗效的

三维步态分析

【摘要】目的通过三维步态分析系统，分析左归丸对肝肾阴虚型原发性骨质疏松患者的疗效。方法回顾分析2021年9月至2023年12月

在浙江省中医院接受治疗的肝肾阴虚型原发性骨质疏松患者48例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各24例。采用3D运动捕捉系统（Qualisys

TrackManager，QTM，Sweden），收集参与者的步态参数、骨密度（BMD）及视觉模拟评分（VAS）数据。对治疗后3个月、6个月的三维

步态数据、骨密度和VAS评分进行分析，评估左归丸的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后，两组患者的BMD差异有统计学意义（对

照组：-2.75±0.17，观察组：-2.59±0.19，P=0.02）。治疗6个月后，两组BMD差异有统计学意义（对照组：-2.60±0.13，观察

组：-2.45±0.14，P=0.004），两组的步行速度差异具有统计学意义（观察组：1.03±0.15，对照组：1.16±0.11，P=0.004）。然而，两组

VAS评分在治疗前、治疗3个月及6个月后差异均无统计学意义。结论左归丸在提升骨密度方面疗效显著，能够有效增加患者的步行速度，

对预防骨质疏松症患者发生跌倒和骨折具有重要临床意义。
