针刺联合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果分析

摘要目的：分析针刺联合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果。方法：选取2022年12月—2023年12月滨州市沾化区中医

院收治的脑出血患者78例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与试验组，每组39例。对照组采用常规干预措施，试验组采用

针刺配合康复理疗干预。对比两组临床疗效、神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]及自理能力[日常生活能

力评定量表(Barthel)]。结果：试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P=0.042)。干预前，两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数对比，

无统计学差异(P＞0.05)；干预后，两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前，Barthel指数高于治疗前，试验组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。

结论：针刺联合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果显著，可改善患者神经功能，提高自理能力。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheeffectofacupuncturecombinedwithrehabilitationphysiotherapyoncerebralhemorrhage.

Methods:Atotalofseventy-eightpatientswithcerebralhemorrhageadmittedtoBinzhouZhanhuaDistrictHospitalofTraditional

ChineseMedicinefromDecember2022toDecember2023wereselectedasthestudyobjectsandrandomlydividedintocontrol

groupandexperimentalgroup,withthirty-ninecasesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutineintervention

measures,andtheexperimentalgroupwastreatedwithacupuncturecombinedwithrehabilitationphysiotherapy.Theclinical

efficacy,neurologicalfunction[nationalinstitutesofhealthstrokescale(NIHSS)]andself-careability[Barthelratingscaleof

dailylivingability(Barthel)]ofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:Thetotalclinicaleffectiverateofexperimentalgroupwas
