摘要

自2010年中国GDP超越日本，成为世界第二大经济体以来，我国汽车销售市场变得

异常火爆，汽车保有量逐年提高，但与之配套的汽车清洗行业却没有较大的提升，依然

以传统的人工洗车方式为主，与此同时国外出现了大量的、成熟的汽车自助清洗机，从

清洁效果、清洗速度、成本都远远领先传统洗车方式，这样大的反差势必会使国内汽车

清洗行业带来一个重要的发展机遇。本文主要通过对自助洗车机功能要求和运行分析，

确定了自助洗车机的总体设计方案。并主要进行了自助洗车机的驱动和控制系统的设计，

针对自助洗车机的特点，采用自助投币，喷水，洗刷，喷洒清洗剂和风干等过程，应用

了可编程控制技术对自助洗车机PLC控制系统进行了硬件设计和软件编程。PLC采用梯

形图编程语言，并应用了组态王软件，对其运行过程实行监控，最终达到了实现自助洗

车机的传动和控制要求。
