monooctanoate是单⽉桂酸⽢油的衍⽣物。Glyceryl1-monooctanoate是⼀种⼴谱抗菌素，抑制了致病性酵

母菌(Candidaalbicans和Candidaparapsilosis)的⽣长，以及⾰兰⽒阳性菌(Staphylococcusaureus)和⾰兰

⽒阴性菌(Escherichiacoli,Klebsiellapneumoniae)的⽣长。
