【摘要】医疗康复是康复事业的重要组成部分。近年来，我国大力推进医疗康复

服务体系建设，取得了积极进展。但与发达国家相比、与人民群众康复服务需求相

比，还存在较大差距。当前我国医疗康复发展面临费用缺少有力保障、定价不合理、

缺乏有效的分级转诊转介体系、专业技术人员没有专门的职称序列等主要难题。医

疗康复是整个康复事业发展的重要一环，为此文章对推动我国医疗康复加快发展提
