【摘要】ObjectiveToevaluatetheefficacyandsafetyofNeixiaoLuolipill

inadjunctivetreatmentoftuberculosisofcervicallymphnodes.Methods

Theprospectivecontroltrialwasused.Intotalof96patientswith

tuberculosisofcervicallymphnodestreatedinourhospitalfromJun.2012

toJun.2015weredividedintotwogroupsnamedexperimentalgroupand

controlgroupbyrandomfiguretable.Therewere46patientsincontrol

grouptreatedwithanti-tuberculosisdrugswiththetreatmentprescription

of2H-R-Z-E/10H-R-E,andtherewere52patientsinexperimentalgroup

givenNeixiaoluolipillonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theclinical

efficacyofthetwogroupswereobserved.Theclinicalsymptomsandsigns

remission,lymphnodeslumpsabsorptionwerecomparedafterone

month,threemonths,sixmonthslater.Comparedtheoccurrenceofa

varietyofadversedrugreactionsafterthecompletionoftreatmentthat

wastwelvemonthslate.ResultsTheimprovementratesofclinical

symptomsandsignsintheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthosein

thecontrolgroupafteronemonth,threemonths,sixmonthsof

treatment,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Thetotal

effectiveratesoflymphnodeslumpsabsorptionintheexperimentalgroup

weresignificantlyhigherthantheothergroupafterthesametimes

treatment,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Theincidence

ofadversedrugreactionswasequivalentbetweentheexperimentalgroup

25.00%andcontrolgroup28.26%aftertwelvemonthstreatment,the

differencewasnotstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).ConclusionsAdjuvant

treatmentwithNeixiaoluolipillisaneffectivetreatmentfortuberculosisof

cervicallymphnodespatients.Neixiaoluolipillcaneffectivelyalleviatethe

clinicalsymptomsandsigns,alsoimprovetherateoflymphnodeslumps
