BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Ghrelinreceptorfullagonist-3(Compound22)是⼀种选择性、强效且具有⼝服活性的⽣长激素释放肽受体(

ghrelinreceptor)完全激动剂，其EC50值为1.8nM。Ghrelinreceptorfullagonist-3可刺激⽣长激素(GH)的

脉冲式分泌，显著增加⽣长激素分泌的频率和持续时间，从⽽诱导胰岛素样⽣长因⼦-1(IGF-1)⽔平的持续升

⾼。Ghrelinreceptorfullagonist-3可⽤于癌症和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究[1]。
