细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的临床价值分析

摘要目的：分析细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的价值。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年12月扬州友好医院

收治的甲状腺结节患者50例为研究对象，均接受彩色多普勒超声检查及超声引导下的细针穿刺活检，以术后组织病理

学结果为“金标准”，比较两种检查方法的诊断效能。结果：术后组织病理学结果显示，50例甲状腺结节中检出良性

38例、恶性12例。细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺良恶性的准确度、灵敏度均高于彩色多普勒超声诊断(P＜0.05)；细针穿刺

活检与彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺良恶性的特异度比较，无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论：与彩色多普勒超声检查相比，

超声引导下的细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的价值更高，值得临床推广应用。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzethevalueoffineneedlepuncturebiopsyinthediagnosisofbenignandmalignantthyroid

nodules.Methods:FiftypatientswiththyroidnodulesadmittedtoYangzhouFriendshipHospitalfromJanuary2022toDecember

2023wereselectedasthestudyobjects.AllofthemunderwentcolorDopplerultrasoundandultrasound-guidedfineneedle

puncturebiopsy.Theresultsofhistopathologyafteroperationwereusedasthegoldstandardtocomparethediagnosticefficacy

ofthetwomethods.Results:Thehistopathologicalresultsshowedthat38ofthe50thyroidnoduleswerebenignand12were

malignant;theaccuracyandsensitivityoffineneedlepuncturebiopsyinthediagnosisofbenignandmalignantthyroidwere

higherthanthatofcolorDopplerultrasound(P0.05);therewasnostatisticaldifferencebetweenfineneedlepuncturebiopsyand
