地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果分析

摘要目的：分析地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法：选取2023年5月—

2024年5月贵港市港北区妇幼保健院收治的64例腹泻患儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和干预组，各32例。

对照组使用蒙脱石散治疗，干预组在对照组基础上联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。对比两组临床疗效、免

疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果：干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.020)；治疗后，两组免疫球蛋白A、

免疫球蛋白G水平升高，干预组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。

结论：地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散能够调控腹泻患儿的肠道菌群，提高小儿的免疫力，减少不良

反应。
