Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoexplorethetherapeuticeffectofDanbiJiangtangCapsulesonnon-proliferativediabeticretinopathywithQiandYindeficiencyandbloodstasisinpatientswithnon-proliferativediabetesmellitus.Arandomizedcontrolledtrialwasconducted,selectingacertainnumberofpatientswithnon-proliferativediabeticretinopathywithQiandYindeficiencyandbloodstasisasresearchsubjects.Thesubjectswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandexperimentalgroup,thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinetreatment,whiletheexperimentalgroupwasgivenDanbiJiangtangCapsulestreatmentontopoftheroutinetreatment.Afteraperiodoftreatment,thetherapeuticeffects,bloodglucosecontrol,andimprovementofdiabeticretinopathyintheexperimentalgroupwerecomparedwiththoseinthecontrolgroup.Themechanismofactionwaspreliminarilyexplored.TheresultsshowedthatDanbiJiangtangCapsulescouldeffectivelyreducebloodglucoselevels,improveclinicalsymptomsofnon-proliferativediabeticretinopathywithQiandYindeficiencyandbloodstasis,promotetherepairofdiabeticretinopathy,anditsmechanismmayberelatedtotheregulationofimmunefunction,improvementofmicrocirculation,andantioxidantproperties.Thisstudyprovidesnewideasandmethodsforthetreatmentofnon-proliferativediabeticretinopathywithQiandYindeficiencyandbloodstasis.
