摘要随着时代的变迁，农村网格化管理逐渐成为我国基层治理现代化进程中的新策略。创新乡村治理模式，提升乡村治理效

能，对于推进社会治理体系及治理能力现代化具有深远意义，强化网格化管理是促进乡村治理现代化的关键路径之一。基于乡村振兴

战略背景，该研究以巩留县为例结合相关文献对网格化以及农村网格化管理的定义进行阐释，对农村网格化治理的当前状况进行深

入的分析与探讨，针对我国农村在实施网格化治理过程中所遭遇的挑战，如多元主体参与度不足、信息化发展滞后、网格化队伍构建

不规范以及群众认同度偏低等问题，提出相应的优化路径，旨在为我国农村基层治理现代化建设提供有益的参考。

Abstract:Withthechangesofthetimes,ruralgridmanagementhasgraduallybecomeanewstrategyinthemodernizationof

primary-levelsocialgovernanceinChina.Innovatingruralgovernancemodelsandimprovingruralgovernanceefficiencyareoffar-

reachingsignificanceforpromotingthemodernizationofsocialgovernancesystemsandgovernancecapabilities.Strengtheninggrid

managementisoneofthekeypathstopromotethemodernizationofruralgovernance.BasedonthebackgroundoftheRural

RevitalizationStrategy,thisstudytakesGongliuCountyasanexemplarandcombinesrelevantliteraturetoexplainthedefinitionof
