AbstractObjective:Theriskfactorsforacutekidneyinjury(AKI)wereinvestigatedbyMeta‐analysis.Methods:Computersearches

wereconductedonCNKI,WanFangDatabase,VIP,full‐textdatabaseofChinesemedicaljournals,theCochraneLibrary,PubMed,and

otherdatabasestoidentifyriskfactorsforAKIafterheartvalvesurgery.TheretrievaltimewasfromtheinceptiontoFebruary20,2024.

Tworesearchersindependentlyscreenedliteratureaccordingtostandards,extractedrelevantdata,andusedtheNewcastleOttawaScale

(NOS)toevaluatethequalityoftheincludedstudies.RevMan5.3softwarewasusedforMeta‐analysis.Results:28articleswereincluded,

withasamplesizeof14855cases,including3255inthecasegroupand11600inthecontrolgroup.TheMeta‐analysisresultsshowed
