BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性M119是⼀种选择性Gβγ亚基抑制剂。M119可选择性地增强μ-阿⽚受体(μ-receptor)依赖性镇痛作⽤。

M119可抑制μ受体依赖性磷脂酶(PLC)的激活。M119可以增强阿⽚类镇痛剂的效果，并减轻其在诱导的⼩

⿏模型中产⽣的急性耐受和依赖。M119可⽤于疼痛研究[1]。
