肝癌介入治疗对原发性肝癌中晚期患者的效果及肝功能

影响程度分析

摘要：目的探究对原发性肝癌中晚期患者实施肝癌介入治疗的临床价值。方法选取我院接诊的92例原发性肝

癌中晚期病例，依据奇偶数法原则将其分为对照组（接受常规治疗）、研究组（采纳肝癌介入治疗），对比并分

析两组治疗成效的优劣。结果经综合比较，研究组在疗效、肝功能恢复、症状缓解时间、生存率提升、复发率

控制、不良反应发生率以及生活质量改善方面均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论针对中晚期原发性肝癌患者，采用

肝癌介入治疗相较于常规治疗展现出更优的疗效，值得在临床实践中广泛推广。

Abstract：Objective：Toexploretheclinicalvalueofinterventionaltherapyforlivercancerinpatientswithadvanced

primarylivercancer.Methods：92casesofintermediateandadvancedprimarylivercancerinourhospitalwereselected

anddividedintocontrolgroup（receivingconventionaltreatment）andstudygroup（receivinginterventionaltreatmentof

livercancer）accordingtotheprincipleofoddandevennumbermethod.Results：Aftercomprehensivecomparison，the

studygroupwassuperiortothecontrolgroupinefficacy，liverfunctionrecovery，symptomremissiontime，survivalrate

improvement，recurrenceratecontrol，adversereactionrateandqualityoflifeimprovement（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：

Forpatientswithadvancedprimarylivercancer，hepatocellularcarcinomainterventionaltherapyshowsbetterefficacy

thanconventionaltreatment，anditisworthwidelypromotinginclinicalpractice.
