mRNA剪接发⽣改变。RNAsplicingmodulator6会导致Hs-Hsh155菌株中未剪接RNA积累。RNAsplicing

modulator6可抑制携带癌症相关SRSF2P95H突变的慢性髓系⽩⾎病细胞的增殖[1]。
