AbstractObjective:Tosystematicallyevaluatetheriskfactorsforpostoperativepaininpatientsundergoingureteroscopiclithotripsy.

Methods:StudiesonriskfactorsforpostoperativepaininpatientsundergoingureteroscopiclithotripsywereretrievedfromCNKI,

WanfangDatabase,VIPDatabase,SinoMed,WebofScience,PubMed,Embase,andtheCochraneLibrary,withthesearchperiodspanning

frominceptiontoSeptember26,2023.LiteraturequalitywasassessedusingtheNewcastle‐OttawaScale(NOS),anddataanalysiswas

performedusingRevMan5.4software.Results:Indwellingureteralstent[OR=5.09,95%CI(2.59,10.00),P0.0001],24cmdouble‐J

stent[OR=10.82,95%CI(4.48,26.15),P0.00001],26cmdouble‐Jstent[OR=11.36,95%CI(4.60,28.05),P0.00001],residual

stones[OR=2.92,95%CI(1.69,5.06),P0.0001],andurinarytractinfection[OR=2.75,95%CI(1.40,5.42),P=0.003]wereidentified

asriskfactorsforpostoperativepaininpatientsundergoingureteroscopiclithotripsy.Conclusions:Multiplefactorsinfluencepostoperative

paininpatientsundergoingureteroscopiclithotripsy.Enhancedawarenessofpainismoreconducivetoitspreventionandcontrol.There

isanurgentneedforlarge‐sample,multicenterstudiestocomprehensivelyexploretheriskfactorsforpostoperativepainfollowing

ureteroscopiclithotripsyandtodeveloppredictivemodels.
