BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性RMC-4745是⼀种选择性的mTORC1双位阻抑制剂，对mTORC1和mTORC2的抑制选择性达到35倍。RMC-

4745抑制MCF-7细胞增殖，并上调Caspase-3/7活性诱导细胞凋亡(apoptosis)。RMC-4745不会引发由

mTORC2抑制所导致的HER3上调。RMC-4745可⽤于研究乳腺癌。
