一项多案例综述与路径展望

摘要

在全面推进乡村振兴的背景下，如何让广大乡村居民享受到更便捷、更公平的公共服务，是一个亟待解

决的重要课题。数字政务作为技术赋能的代表，被寄予厚望。文章旨在探讨数字技术如何影响乡村教育、

医疗、社保等服务的均等化水平。研究发现，数字政务确实带来了积极变化，让优质课程“飞”进乡村

课堂、远程医疗惠及更多村民、社保办理更加便捷高效。但同时，我们也发现一些现实挑战，区域之间

发展不均衡、部分村民特别是老年人面对新技术感到困难、部门间的数据壁垒依然存在。为了真正发挥

数字政务的潜力，让更多村民都能受益，文章建议需要加强网络覆盖、优化服务设计、提升村民的数字

技能，并完善相关的制度保障。让数字技术成为缩小城乡服务差距、实现公共服务均等化的有力工具。
