【摘要】目的：方法：

分析在外伤性鼻骨骨折复位中应用鼻内窥镜下治疗的的临床效果。选取2021年1月—2024年12月普安

县人民医院收治的100例外伤性鼻骨骨折患者开展临床实践研究，采用单双号法将其分为两组，50例分到单号者纳入对照组，治疗

方法为传统鼻骨复位手术；50例分双号者纳入观察组，治疗方法为鼻内窥镜下复位手术。治疗前后分别评估和比较两组鼻腔容积、

鼻腔呼吸阻力、治疗总有效率及术后并发症发生率。治疗后，观察组鼻腔容积高于对照组，观察组鼻腔呼吸阻力低于对照组，

观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：鼻内窥镜下治疗外

伤性鼻骨骨折复位的临床效果显著，且安全性高。
