针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫效果分析

【摘要】目的：方法：

研究急性期周围性面瘫通过针刺治疗展现出的临床成效。选取2024年1月—12月山西省针灸医院收治

的98例急性期周围性面瘫患者，采用抽签法随机分配两组：传统组49例，接受常规西药疗法，研究组49例，接受针刺疗法。分

析两组在治疗效果、中医证候积分及生活质量方面的情况。结果：相比于传统组，研究组展现出较高的治疗效果，差异有统计学意

义（P0.05）；治疗后，与传统组的中医证候积分比较，研究组的各项得分呈显著下降趋势，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；相较于

传统组，研究组在生活质量方面的各项得分均呈明显上升，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对急性期周围性面瘫，通过针

刺疗法，其发挥的治疗成效颇为明显，不仅患者的多种症状表现得到有效改善，还积极促进生活质量的提升，鉴于该治疗方法的高

效表现，值得广泛采纳和推广。
