围术期护理在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：探讨围术期护理在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年1月于南京医

科大学附属江宁医院行手术治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者65例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参照组（n=32）与分析

组（n=33）。参照组实施常规护理，分析组在参照组基础上实施围术期护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，两

组血小板计数降低，且分析组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；两组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间缩短，且分析组短于参照

组（P＜0.05）；两组纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平升高，但分析组低于参照组（P＜0.05）。分析组心理障碍、淋巴囊肿、深静脉

血栓形成、局部感染、尿瘘发生率均低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论：围术期护理在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果显

著，可改善患者凝血功能，降低术后并发症发生率。

referencegroupreceivedroutinenursingandtheanalysisgroupreceivedperioperativenursingonthebasisofthereferencegroup.

Thenursingeffectwascomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Afternursing,theplateletcountdecreasedinthetwogroups,

andthisparameterintheanalysisgroupwaslowerthanthatinthereferencegroup(P0.05).Theprothrombintimeandactivated

partialthromboplastintimeinthetwogroupsshortened,andtheseparametersintheanalysisgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthe
