摘要目的：探究手术室优质护理在玻璃体切割术患者中的应用效果。方法：以2023年5月—2024年5月在锦州医科

大学附属第一医院接受玻璃体切割术的78例患者作为受试者，采用双盲法随机分组。对照组（n=39）行手术室常规护理，

观察组（n=39）行手术室优质护理。对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分下降

（P＜0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.001）。护理后，两组生理机能、社会功能、一般健康状况评分升高（P＜0.05），且观

察组高于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组并发症总发生率比对照组低（P=0.012），护理总满意度比对照组高（P=0.018）。结

论：手术室优质护理在玻璃体切割术患者中的应用效果显著，有助于促进患者生活质量改善，减轻患者负性情绪，减少术

后并发症，提高护理满意度。
