中药坐浴方剂联合聚焦超声治疗外阴色素减退性疾病

的效果分析

【摘要】目的探讨中药坐浴方剂联合高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对女性外阴色素减退性疾病的治疗

效果。方法100例外阴色素减退性疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(50例,HIFU联合中药坐

浴方剂治疗)和对照组(50例,单纯HIFU治疗)。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果观

察组随访1、3、6个月的治愈率比较无差异(P0.05)；观察组随访1、3、6个月时的优良率分别为

80.0%、88.0%、96.0%,高于对照组的62.0%、72.0%、84.0%(P0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为8.0%、

复发率为4.0%,对照组的不良反应发生率为22.0%、复发率为16.0%,前者低于后者(P0.05)。结论对

于外阴色素减退性疾病,HIFU联合中药坐浴方剂可以明显降低不良反应发生率,缩短疗程,临床效果更

满意。
